At Natural Code, returning items is easy and safe.

At Natural Code, returns are not free, meaning that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The approximate cost is 15 euros per package, which will be deducted from your refund. You do not need to pay anything at the time of shipping the return.

If you are about to purchase products that require specific sizes, measurements, or ingredients, make sure to select the correct product! If you need help, we are here for you!

If, despite everything, your purchase does not meet your expectations, if your pet has new needs, or simply if you have changed your mind, you can return what you have ordered. If you have purchased more than one product, you can return whatever you want; a complete return is not necessary.
